Real postcards hardly show up in our mailboxes anymore, which is why getting one still feels special.

While visiting the Palace of Knossos in Crete, I picked up a small stack of postcards from the site shop. If you enjoyed the story about the Minoans and would like something tangible from that place to hold onto, I’d be happy to send one to you.

I’ll write a short personal note on the card and send it from Crete, where I’m currently staying. It will be an open postcard with a handwritten message, just like people used to send in the old days.

If you decide to get one, please note that standard international mail from Greece can take about 3–7 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination. It might require a little patience, but I hope it brightens your day when it finally lands in your mailbox.
